That should not be seen as a problem. <br />What we want to wish for this country, are slow but steady improvements in the way Armenia manages its affairs. Some people will leave for 'better' shores in spite of that. Most, if they see a better future for themselves and their families will stay and take part in this progress. <br />It is far better to stay and improve on what you have rather than hope that a move will fix your problems.<br />We need to stay the course. <br />Armenia can and will be a model among nations.
